Delaware is searching for a senior Data & AI Sales Lead to shape, own and execute our Data & AI go to market strategy across the UK, working across both Microsoft centric ERP customers and SAP centric ERP customers.

This role will define how we land and expand Data, Analytics and AI engagements across enterprise data estates, often anchored in ERP platforms, translating these into insight led, AI enabled business outcomes.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to client executives, a GTM architect internally, and a frontline deal leader who can take opportunities from white space to qualified pipeline to closed revenue.

This is a commercially accountable role with a clear mandate to drive Data, AI and Azure led growth across the United Kingdom & Ireland.

What will you be doing?

You will be accountable for driving commercial success across Data & AI, with performance measured on revenue, Azure consumption growth, pipeline creation, and the adoption of Data & AI sales motions across the wider team.

Your role will include:

Defining and owning the Data & AI sales motion

  • Design and evolve the go‑to‑market strategy for Data & AI across Microsoft and SAP customer bases
  • Align closely to Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI and Microsoft Copilot priorities
  • Create compelling entry‑point offers that generate pipeline and scale into repeatable programmes

Leading strategic sales pursuits

  • Own and close complex, high‑value Data & AI opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders at CIO, CFO and CDO level
  • Reframe deals to position Data & AI as central to business outcomes

Landing and expanding within accounts

  • Identify and create Data & AI opportunities across ERP estates
  • Challenge account teams to ensure Data & AI is present in every qualified deal
  • Expand engagements from reporting and analytics into AI‑led transformation

Building propositions

  • Develop repeatable offerings across data platforms, analytics and AI
  • Align propositions to ERP‑led environments and wider enterprise needs

Enabling and leading internally

  • Coach and support sales teams on Data & AI opportunities
  • Contribute to deal strategy and shaping
  • Proactively challenge opportunities that lack a strong Data & AI angle

You’re likely to be a strong fit if you bring:

Experience

  • 10+ years’ enterprise sales experience across Data, AI, cloud or digital
  • A proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals
  • Experience selling Azure‑aligned solutions and consumption‑based models
  • Strong executive presence with a clear commercial mindset

Desirable background

  • Experience working across both Microsoft and SAP environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data services
  • Experience taking AI from proof‑of‑concept into production
