From Application to Offer: What to Expect

  • Step 1: Introduce Yourself  Send us your CV and cover letter, whether you have a clear idea of your ideal role or need guidance. Let us discover your potential—our expert recruiters are seasoned matchmakers.
  • Step 2: The First Hello  We’ll arrange an introductory call with your dedicated recruiter to discuss your aspirations and share what makes Delaware unique. No preparation is needed, as your recruiter will guide you through every step of the process.
  • Step 3: Meet the #peopleofdelaware  This is your chance to meet with a team lead or senior colleague, where we’ll delve deeper into your technical skills and expertise. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions about life at Delaware and what a typical day might look like.
  • Step 4: A Deeper Dive  You’ll have a face-to-face meeting with the domain lead of the service line you’ll join, with senior management potentially involved as well. As part of this stage, we’ll ask you to prepare and present on a topic, providing guidance to help you excel.
  • Step 5: The Offer  If all goes well, your recruiter will present a personalised financial proposal and walk you through all the details.
