Carbon Reduction Plan

Carbon Reduction Plan

Delaware Digital LLP June 2026

Commitment to Achieving Net Zero

Delaware Digital LLP (“Delaware UK”) is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are the historical record of greenhouse gases produced before any emission reduction strategies were introduced. They serve as a reference point to measure reductions. FY2024 is Delaware UK's initial year of formal system implementation for recording and reporting emissions, establishing our baseline and current year data.

  1. Delaware UK has no owned or leased vehicles to contribute to mobile combustion. For stationary combustion, all emissions related to the shared office space leased are accounted for in section 3.8 Upstream Leased Assets. Delaware has no operational control of the premises.
  2. All emissions related to the shared office space leased by Delaware UK are accounted for in section 3.8 Upstream Leased Assets. Delaware UK has no operational control of the premises and does not purchase electricity directly, only as part of the service charge for the leased office space.
  3. Delaware UK does not produce, sell, or transport any products.

Currently, we purchase credits for both 'removal' and, avoidance' projects. However, we will progressively transition to 100% removal projects to achieve our carbon neutral target by 2030.

For FY25, Delaware UK purchased carbon credits which resulted in carbon avoidance of 576 mtC02e and carbon removal of 45 mtC02e.
