The recruitment process 

  • Step 1: Whether you already have a clear vision for your role within our company or are still exploring possibilities, send us your resume and cover letter. Our team of experienced recruiters is here to match your potential with the right opportunities.
  • Step 2: One of our analyst recruiters will arrange an introductory call to get acquainted. No preparation is necessary—this recruiter will walk you through the entire recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and guided process.
  • Step 3: Complete our online assessment, which consists of brief tests designed to evaluate skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, numerical reasoning, and written proficiency. You can complete this assessment at your own pace, but it must be done in a single sitting.
  • Step 4: Participate in a 30-minute business interview via Microsoft Teams with a representative from the area that interests you most. This conversation will focus on your skills, motivation, and reasons for wanting to join Delaware.
  • Step 5: Attend our in-person assessment day, where you'll engage in a variety of activities, including an interview, presentation, and group task. You'll have the chance to meet with different members of the Delaware team, enabling us to identify the area where you fit best within our analyst programme.
  • Step 6: Enter the offer stage, where our analyst recruiter will guide you through the details of your placement within the analyst programme and help ensure a seamless transition into your new role.
