The challenge: Integrating sales and marketing processes

A lack of integrations across marketing and sales processes throughout various sales teams at Lifetime Training caused a lack of cohesion. With each team operating independently, overall business performance and success was hindered due to a lack of full pipeline visibility and insight.

The solution: Microsoft D365 with Delaware

Seeking to establish cohesion across sales and marketing efforts, Lifetime Training decided to refine its existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution with Delaware, enhancing the existing solution and processes the business was accustomed to whilst introducing significant improvements.

Delaware's experts began the implementation with key onsite workshops to map out the end-to-end processes, which led to critical decisions regarding project scope and priorities. Sprints were planned based on a detailed backlog, with regular refinement sessions to ensure alignment. 


In terms of methodology and approach, Delaware were really agile. The people they appointed to the project team were really responsive and we got in to a really good rhythm of regular dialogue to make sure the project was kept on track.

The result: Improved visibility and better insights

Thanks to the enhancements made to the existing D365 system, the teams at Lifetime Training are now able to fully immerse themselves in the solution, meaning they're no longer relying on spreadsheets and outdated processes for day-to-day operations.

What's more, the project delivered enhanced sales pipeline reporting capabilities across both the sales and engagement teams, providing improved visibility and enabling better business insights. This alignment has allowed for more informed decision-making and a clearer understanding of opportunities throughout the pipeline.
