Thanks to the enhancements made to the existing D365 system, the teams at Lifetime Training are now able to fully immerse themselves in the solution, meaning they're no longer relying on spreadsheets and outdated processes for day-to-day operations.
What's more, the project delivered enhanced sales pipeline reporting capabilities across both the sales and engagement teams, providing improved visibility and enabling better business insights. This alignment has allowed for more informed decision-making and a clearer understanding of opportunities throughout the pipeline.
