As our SAP AMS Solution Lead at the Senior Consultant level, you will guide AMS customers on SAP solutions and enhancements, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs within SAP S/4HANA systems. You will oversee solution delivery for multiple accounts, collaborate with teams to translate business needs into effective solutions, and manage AMS Change Requests (CRs) to ensure timely delivery. Your role will also involve enforcing quality standards and supporting testing efforts.

With a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, you will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills to the team. Preferred qualifications include SAP certification in ABAP or related technologies.

What will you be doing?

Solution Development:

  • Advise AMS customers on SAP solutions and enhancements.
  • Accountable for overall estimation and solution delivery for a group of accounts.
  • Design and develop SAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA systems.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams to translate business needs into solutions.

Technical Expertise:

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and development tools.
  • Understanding of S/4HANA across various functional areas (OTC, PTP, RTR) or strong SAP technical programming background.
  • Experience in developing end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP or S/4HANA Cloud Developer Extensibility is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience with S/4HANA public and private environments.

Delivery Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor AMS Change Requests (CRs) for timely delivery.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to ensure quality CR delivery.
  • Communicate CR status, risks, and issues to internal and client stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
  • Support unit testing and integration testing efforts.

Is there a match?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP services and features, including SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud, SAP BTP Platform, and SAP Fiori.
  • Proven experience with SAP solutions, preferably with a strong ABAP programming background and exposure to key SAP functionalities.
