Microsoft partner delaware renews Azure Expert MSP certification

For over 15 years now, Delaware has proven itself to be a leading Microsoft Partner, raking in numerous certifications and recognitions. In 2022, this partnership has reached unprecedented heights with already over 40 new projects sold and seven solution partner designations, including the renewal of the much-coveted Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP) certification and a global expansion.

To reflect the changing needs of its customers and enable partners to set themselves apart from competition, Microsoft has renewed its partnership program. It now includes six single-tier solution partner designations: Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, Modern Work, Security, Business Applications and Microsoft Cloud. To obtain a designation, partners must score 70 points of 100 across three dimensions: performance, skilling, and customer success.

Six designations

The Delaware team managed to obtain six designations. “This clearly demonstrates the breadth of our capabilities in each solution area. Even more importantly: it highlights our ability to scale to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs and help them thrive in today’s new world of work.”

Azure Expert MSP specialisation

In addition, Delaware also renewed its Azure Expert MSP specialisation: the highest possible Azure-related distinction for Microsoft Partners. The certification is obtained through a rigorous two-day full-company audit. Among the aspects investigated are the vision of Delaware’s partners, its marketing and HR efforts, and the efficiency and performance of its service organisation.
