Steve Parker joins Delaware UK & I as Microsoft Managed Services Solution Lead, strengthening AMS offering

Delaware is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Parker as our Microsoft Managed Services Solution Lead, reflecting our commitment to strengthening our Application Managed Services (AMS) offering. 

Steve, who started his career in support roles after graduating and has since held various senior support-oriented positions, brings to Delaware his unique expertise in the growth of managed services and passion for exceptional customer service.  

Following roles at Maginus Software Solutions and Junction Solutions UK, Steve joined Microsoft partner HSO in 2012 where he was quickly promoted to Managed Services Director. During this twelve-year tenure at HSO, Steve led the growth of managed services, spearheading the development of processes and propositions and significantly increasing the team and service delivery. 

Excited by Delaware’s recent growth and strong reputation as one of only 11 partners globally to hold all Microsoft solution designations, SAP platinum partner and Azure Expert MS, Delaware pride ourselves on exceptional service, Steve’s mission at Delaware is to build a brilliant team once again, strengthening the AMS offering.
