With a 10-year tenure at Hitachi Solutions, Michael has a strong background in programme delivery and team management. After joining Hitachi Solutions as a Test Manager, back when the newly established CRM practice was focusing on delivering the first client on 2011, Michael transitioned to a Project Management role, managing the largest Customer Engagement (CE) clients whilst helping to grow and support the team. He then took the reins and managed the CE team for the last five years, enabling significant growth for CE and Power Platform (PP) in the UK, France, Portugal, and Bulgaria, whilst ensuring processes matured and the team was fully supported.
Michael helped to set up and grow the teams in Portugal and Bulgaria through graduate training programmes, creating a strong team of analysts who today stand as one of the largest teams in Europe with 180 people! Michael’s goal is to tackle this challenge again – making him the perfect fit for his new position at Delaware UK&I.
