This summer, Delaware UK&I once again hosted our annual DelFest event at the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor. The fourth of its kind, this event was our biggest celebration to date, welcoming over 300 colleagues from across the country.
Delaware's highly anticipated annual summer festival served as an opportunity to not only showcase the fantastic achievements from across the business over the past 12 months, but was an opportunity for over 300 colleagues to meet in-person and celebrate together.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from the leadership team and fellow peers across several departments, take part in team-building exercises, and be inspired by an incredible session hosted by internationally-renowned expert in the field of mental coaching, Alain Goudsmet.
In the evening, employees were able to enjoy some sunshine with a whole host of entertainment and games, including fire dancers, live music, clay pigeon shooting, inflatables, and more!
