What is FastTrack for Dynamics 365
FastTrack for Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s engineering-powered customer success program that enables customers to achieve their desired business transformation goals by accelerating implementations and go lives. Designed to help customers realise business value faster, the program offers best practices, tools, resources, and expert advice so that customers can gain valuable insights with solution implementation, onboarding, and continued education.
Helping organisations enable hybrid work with expert guidance — FastTrack for Microsoft 365 is delivered remotely by Microsoft engineers and approved FastTrack Ready Partners – such as Delaware. What’s more, customers with eligible subscriptions to Microsoft 365 can use FastTrack at no additional cost for the life of their subscription.
When participating in the FastTrack program, customers will:
- Receive ongoing guidance on best practices and how to plan for successful rollouts
- Receive emails with implementation guidance and communications about their active FastTrack engagement
- Benefit from proactive guidance and ongoing workshops
- Learn ways to enable new users and expand capabilities—all at their own pace
