delaware recently celebrated the first six months of its first UK client service delivery hub in Bristol. Since its opening in October 2018, over 30 new consultants and analysts have been recruited, further expanding delaware’s SAP delivery capability both in the UK and the US. delaware now employs over 120 employees in a variety of consulting and business support roles in the UK, demonstrating a successful and impressive growth track to date.

delaware’s graduate development programme in the UK recently saw its third intake of graduates in March 2019. delaware hopes to continue working collaboratively with local universities to harness talent, a crucial element of its sustainable business plan for the future. By creating new, highly skilled jobs, delaware continues to invest in the South West, contributing to one of the most highly skilled, diverse workforces in the UK.

“Our vision is to create a sustainable platform that continuously develops through succeeding generations,” said Ian Greenhalgh, delaware’s UK & US Managing Partner. “We want to invest in bright, young people and provide the best opportunity for them to develop a fantastic career. We place the utmost importance in the training and development of our graduates, so that they can guide our clients through their digital transformation and help them to achieve their business outcomes.”

West of England Mayor, Tim Bowles, said: “We’ve been working closely with delaware since they opened their hub in the region six months ago. Our Invest Bristol & Bath team has helped the company develop links with our universities, and their energetic approach to graduate development has been fantastic, really setting the bar for new employers in the region. I look forward to supporting their continued success as they look to double by 2020.”

Over the next few months, delaware plans to increase its SAP Application Management (AMS) offering directly from the Bristol delivery hub as part of their broader global delivery network, allowing clients the opportunity to simplify their IT operations, improve customer service and optimise business performance.

delaware will also continue to execute its growth plans, with a vision of increasing its number of consultants and analysts to 60 over the next six months.
