Growth trajectory sets UK practice on course to achieve ambitious target of £100 million in revenue by 2025
Delaware has announced a number of senior appointments in the UK to support the expansion of its Microsoft practice and meet target of £100 million by the end of 2025.
Delaware has always focused on delivering solutions to complex problems, allowing customers to reach their full potential whilst creating a positive impact in a challenging world. Following the dramatic growth of Delaware’s European Microsoft practice, Delaware UK has now launched a new Microsoft Dynamics practice. This will support both UK and global customers on their transformation journey through digital innovation and agile delivery. It will also address the market opportunity caused by recent partner consolidation.
To support those growth ambitions are several strategic hires, including Tim Rowe as Microsoft Dynamics Practice Lead. Rowe will lead the company’s Microsoft practice, having built up a wealth of experience in the sale and delivery of Microsoft technology, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, over the course of his career.
Prior to joining Delaware, Rowe held the position of EMEA Practice Director Dynamics 365 at HCL PowerObjects, before which he was Industry Director at Hitachi Solutions Europe, Ltd. Having also spent five years at Microsoft where he drove the delivery of high-value consulting engagements for both UK PLCs and global system integrators, Rowe is well-positioned to grow delaware’s capabilities and offerings in this space.
Rowe’s appointment is supported by several other senior hires in sales, pre-sales, delivery and solutions architecture. These senior hires have a combined Microsoft Dynamics experience in excess of 80 years’, and will be critical to ensure delaware delivers on its customer commitments. This investment in people reflects delaware UK’s plan to grow its employee headcount from 160 people today to 400+ people by the end of 2025.
Ian Greenhalgh, UK Managing Director, Delaware said, “We’re thrilled to welcome Tim and the team onboard. Microsoft services will play a major part in our growth plans for the next three years and with Tim leading our new Microsoft Dynamics team, I am confident that we will be able to deliver for our customers who choose Microsoft solutions, as well as those using SAP.”
Tim Rowe, Microsoft Dynamics Practice Lead, Delaware, commented, “This is an exciting time to be joining Delaware. As a true digital consultancy, Delaware offers a flexible, dynamic, and fast-growing environment where we can make a real difference to customers and I know the team is looking forward to using our collective wealth of experience and expertise to do exactly that.”
