What skills are we looking for ?

  • Proven and recent experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in any module.
  • Certification in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central or Onboarding or Recruitment, however other certifications may be considered.
  • Flexibility to travel up to client site when needed.

  • Ability to work with customers to provide support, guidance and influence; able to lead change impacts and build networks within the business
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to analyse cause and effect relationships
  • Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
  • Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
  • Self-driven, motivated and results orientated

Right to work

Delaware holds a sponsor licence but not all roles are suitable for sponsorship, especially as, in some cases, individuals are required to work on long term client contracts, and this is not permitted under the sponsorship regime.
