Process Excellence Manager - Permanent
To provide project delivery, pre-sales and service line growth support to drive process excellence services across existing and net new clients using the latest process mining technology and method.
Service Line activities will consist of providing management of and input to Service Line methodology development, service proposition development and capability planning across the team.
Pre-sales support will consist of proposition development for specific client scenarios and requests for proposals. It will also include face to face presentations to clients and prospects outlining our client specific solutions and how they will resolve their pain points.
Delivery activities will involve management of small teams tasked with identifying client process execution and operational problems , analysing their root cause and working with key stakeholders to identify suitable technical and non technical remediation activities. Building out business benefits cases off the back of operational improvement areas and how these link to ERP transformations will form a core part of the role as well. In every instance, playback of findings to key stakeholders and c-suite will be required
