You’re an experienced SAP FICO consultant with a passion for helping finance professionals make the most out of their day-to-day jobs.

You make SAP implementations (both on premise and in the cloud) a success by thoroughly analyzing a company’s financial processes and by listening carefully to figure out what customers really need. You use your business knowledge and SAP expertise to question, explore and co-create new financial processes together with the customer.

You’re open, knowledgeable, and take on a pragmatic and transparent approach when it comes to finance and controlling requests. You put your previous experience in finance to excellent use to serve your clients. Are you ready to guide our customers through their finance journeys?

What will you be doing?

Acting as S4HANA Finance Subject Matter Expert in the Public & Private Cloud implementations
Leading delivery of S4 Finance projects for customers through all implementation phases, from Discover through to Run
Planning, participating in and leading client workshops to promote S4HANA and SAP Best Practice adoption
Deliver hands on SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementations using consulting skills, business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to achieve Delaware’s clients expected business results
Identify, develop & implement solutions to gaps to meet Delaware’s clients business needs
Managing teams on and offshore whilst training and coaching junior members of the Finance team
Stakeholder management and contributing to a team-oriented environment
Functional Consulting within SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
Design and develop technical solutions to solve complex business challenges for our clients

Is there a match?

Have completed at least 1/2 e2e Public or Private Cloud finance implementations
A strong background in SAP Finance on premise
are very familiar with a wide range of Finance & Controlling topics
can carry out a blueprint analysis independently, but also know how to use your powers of persuasion to collaborate with fact-minded people;
are open to sharing your expertise and mentoring more junior colleagues. Can we count on you to prepare the next generation of SAP FICO consultants?

SAP Cloud Finance Solution Lead - Permanent

The SAP Solution Lead (Finance) is responsible for the design, configuration, analysis and support of the SAP FI-CO modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs.

You make SAP implementations (both on premise and in the cloud) a success by thoroughly analyzing a company’s financial processes and by listening carefully to figure out what customers really need. You use your business knowledge and SAP expertise to question, explore and co-create new financial processes together with the customer.

You will need to be a proven SAP Lead and have extensive experience in SAP Finance. Previous experience with S/4HANA is a must, and multiple full end to end project lifecycle experiences.

You’re open, knowledgeable, and take on a pragmatic and transparent approach when it comes to finance and controlling requests. You put your previous experience in finance to excellent use to serve your clients. Are you ready to guide our customers through their finance journeys?

SAP Public Cloud Professional Services Consultant - Permanent OR Contract

To provide project delivery, pre-sales and service line growth support to drive process excellence services across existing and net new clients using the latest process mining technology and method.

Service Line activities will consist of providing management of and input to Service Line methodology development, service proposition development and capability planning across the team.

Pre-sales support will consist of proposition development for specific client scenarios and requests for proposals. It will also include face to face presentations to clients and prospects outlining our client specific solutions and how they will resolve their pain points.
