SAP Service Delivery Architect - Permanent
As our Service Management Lead you will oversee both local and offshore teams of SAP and Microsoft professionals operating the client’s landscapes. Your role will include the management of minor and major enhancements and supporting the client in strategic transformation and business improvements of the interfacing systems. You will directly manage the relationship with senior client stakeholders and work with the client and the delaware account leadership team on the strategic direction of the services provided. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the quality of services and projects delivered, customer satisfaction, the engagement of the overall managed services team, and the management of the contract and its financial performance.
