As our Service Management Lead you will oversee both local and offshore teams of SAP and Microsoft professionals operating the client’s landscapes. Your role will include the management of minor and major enhancements and supporting the client in strategic transformation and business improvements of the interfacing systems. You will directly manage the relationship with senior client stakeholders and work with the client and the delaware account leadership team on the strategic direction of the services provided. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the quality of services and projects delivered, customer satisfaction, the engagement of the overall managed services team, and the management of the contract and its financial performance. If you have strong SAP or Microsoft Operations and Delivery skills and are looking for a new challenge – we would love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

You will be an integral part of our Managed Services Assurance Team, delivering high quality support services by

  • Organising regular stand-up meetings with the customer
  • Coordinating support processes such as incident and problem management, service request fulfilment and change management
  • Acting as a liaison for change requests and small projects
  • Being an escalation point for operational issues
  • Coordinating monthly service reviews and reporting
  • Onboarding new customers

Is there a match?

  • Experience supporting critical business applications - is essential   
  • IT Service Management (ideally in the capacity of a support organisation)
  • Standard ITIL methodology and support processes
  • IT Service Management tools
  • Change Management
  • Supporting the sales team for new opportunities
  • Working in a global organisation with multiple delivery centres organised globally

​​​​​​​Ideally you should have experience of at least one of:

  • Providing Application Support for SAP
  • Providing Application Support for Microsoft Dynamics
