What to Expect

  • Intensive Training: Begin your journey with 5 weeks of comprehensive training, covering both technical and essential soft skills to prepare you for a successful consulting career.
  • Diverse Roles: Explore a variety of roles including security, data and analytics, project management, change management, digital, and functional client-facing positions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with a variety of clients across the UK and Ireland, and even collaborate with our international teams.
  • Career Progression: Enjoy a clear progression path with pay increases at 12 months, promotion to Junior Consultant at 24 months, and promotion to Consultant at 36 months.

  • Relocation to Bristol: We require our graduates to relocate to Bristol, where you’ll collaborate and learn together at our vibrant Hub.
  • Motivation and Eagerness to Learn: The role is designed for individuals who are motivated and eager to learn and grow in the technology consulting industry.
  • Articulate Complex Ideas Clearly: Whether you're explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders or presenting project updates to clients, your ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner is vital.
  • Engage in Active Listening: Understanding client needs and team feedback requires attentive listening. This ensures that you can provide accurate solutions and foster strong working relationships.
  • Produce High-Quality Written Documentation: From drafting project plans and technical reports to creating user manuals and client communications, your written work should be precise, well-structured, and professional.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Strong communication skills enable you to work seamlessly with colleagues across different departments and locations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
