They design and build precision equipment and solutions for global surveying, construction, agriculture, civil engineering, and more.

Their goal is to drive productivity and efficiency in infrastructure and agriculture to help companies around the world meet the demands of a growing population.

The challenge  

Topcon’s main challenge was to reduce costs and produce results more quickly and safely.

Considering that in over 10 years, we will be among the expected 9 billion people living on our planet, more housing, roads and food will be needed. In fact, the need for new infrastructure is already at an all-time high today.

Due to the fact that the way we historically used to build infrastructure is no longer able to meet our needs, Topcon predicted the need to change what they do and how they do it, and created innovative solutions to produce results more quickly, accurately, and safely — as well as, at reduced costs and lower environmental impact.

In order to meet their challenges, they were aware of the need to expand their global footprint. They needed to become an intelligent enterprise.

Our approach

Delaware deployed the expertise of its infrastructure teams, which included the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Cloud in order to standardise their business processes and unify their subsidiaries in nine countries.
