As an SAP Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading teams on S/4HANA Implementation Projects. You’ll be expert in development on S/4HANA and will be able to guide the client and the members of your team on the right solutions and share your knowledge on development techniques and tools. You can manage and work within a team and are always focussed on delivering quality solutions. You will put your previous experience to excellent use to serve our clients.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be leading SAP Development Teams to deliver solutions for our clients who are implementing or using S/4HANA (Public and Private) Cloud.
  • As well, as managing the team, you will be doing hands-on development.
  • You will be a source of expert knowledge for other members of our team, giving them guidance and helping them with resolve issues.
  • You will be keeping your skills up to date, understanding new functionality/features and ensuring that we are delivering the right solutions for our clients.
  • You will be given the opportunity to learn/develop your knowledge of SAP BTP.

Is there a match?

  • You have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and development tools and be an expert in ABAP7.5
  • You have worked with SAPUI5 and Fiori to build user interfaces and customising existing applications.
  • You have knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility
  • You understand how to enable integration with S/4HANA and will be able to identify, development and extend OData and SOAP APIs.
  • You can build and enhance Adobe Forms
  • You have a good understanding of S/4HANA across a range of functional areas, e.g. OTC, PTP, RTR.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • You are skilled in guiding, directing, and influencing individuals or teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • You are capable of mentoring and assisting others in their development, fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Experience working with SAP BTP or S/4HANA Cloud Developer Extensibility will enhance your application.

Delaware holds a sponsor licence but not all roles are suitable for sponsorship, especially as, in some cases, individuals are required to work on long term client contracts, and this is not permitted under the sponsorship regime.
