What will you be doing?

Leads the delivery team through all stages of the project to include analyse, design, develop, test and deploy.
Provides the overall direction of the design, solution, development, and oversight.
Initial and primary point of customer contact for all delivery project concerns and issues throughout the delivery cycle
Authors, reviews, and provides guidance for developing high level and detailed architecture, data migration, data integration, security model, ERD, UAT & training plan and other key documentation.
Authors and delivers an overall Issue Resolution Management plan.
Acts as the scrum Product Owner and leads daily scrum sessions.
Provides oversight and management of all DevOps work items to ensure they are assigned, updated, and completed as expected.
Manages Delaware UK delivery team resources to ensure assigned tasks are completed in agreed to timeframes.

Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations (formerly D365 PSA)
3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations/Project Service Automation experience
Exposure to/knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O
Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
Lead and work with the customer and internal teams with Architects that represent other line of business applications like Finance and Operations, PowerBI, etc
Has a solid grasp of migration, integration, D365 line of business application capabilities, and CE technical and functional capabilitie
Working knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, Azure Data Factory, and other related technologies
Competent, capable, and familiar with all aspects of CE / CRM delivery projects
Work with the customer and internal teams on infrastructure requirements, implementation, and configuration

As an Microsoft Dynamics D365 Supply Chain AMS Consultant at delaware, you’ll be involved in providing application support, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLA. However, your main focus will be to act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring Microsoft services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. You’ll work in close collaboration with different teams across Delaware and understand their needs to lead them towards new technological heights.

Process Excellence Manager - Permanent

To provide project delivery, pre-sales and service line growth support to drive process excellence services across existing and net new clients using the latest process mining technology and method.

Service Line activities will consist of providing management of and input to Service Line methodology development, service proposition development and capability planning across the team.

Pre-sales support will consist of proposition development for specific client scenarios and requests for proposals. It will also include face to face presentations to clients and prospects outlining our client specific solutions and how they will resolve their pain points.

Delivery activities will involve management of small teams tasked with identifying client process execution and operational problems , analysing their root cause and working with key stakeholders to identify suitable technical and non technical remediation activities.
