As an Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Technical Support Consultant at delaware, you’ll be involved in providing application support, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLA. However, your main focus will be to act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring Microsoft services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. You’ll work in close collaboration with different teams across Delaware and understand their needs to lead them towards new technological heights.
