What will you be doing?

Working with business and technical stakeholders to lead future product direction and technology capability, helping our customers to better exploit the technologies available to them to achieve true success within their business
Design, delivery and governance of industry leading end-to-end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack, from inception through to successful completion using the latest technologies
Promoting and facilitating coordination of all technical streams within a programme to achieve the successful delivery of an integrated solution, including leading the projects delivery team
Leveraging your knowledge of the entire Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite, including Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Dynamics 365 for Marketing
Leading the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 and its associated components using plugins, custom workflow assemblies and JavaScript, as well as extended Azure/Office 365 functionality
Working with the wider Microsoft stack such as Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Portals. Making use of cutting-edge technologies involving AI, IoT and RPA. Working in a varied technical environment covering digital, applications and infrastructure
Working as part of consultancy projects and within high-performing, collaborative teams

Is there a match?

Experience in a customer facing or professional services role with excellent written and oral communication skills, having the ability to explain technical components to non-technical users.
Experience of the wider Azure/Office 365 stack, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions and WebJobs.

Highly proficient in designing and deploying Dynamics 365, with experience of all configuration and customisation methods, including configuration of forms, business process flows, business rules and workflows, and customisation of plugins and custom workflow activities.
Skilled at explaining and presenting both solutions and rationale for decision making to a technical and non-technical audience via documentation and presentations
Full project life cycle delivery experience - including pre-sales, estimation, proposal & bid writing, project and team management
UK residency or UK national to support eligibility for security clearances which may be required during the course of your work. Highly exceptional candidates who are close to achieving residency status will be considered.

Microsoft Dynamics D365 Supply Chain Support Consultant - Permanent

As an Microsoft Dynamics D365 Supply Chain AMS Consultant at delaware, you’ll be involved in providing application support, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLA. However, your main focus will be to act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring Microsoft services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. You’ll work in close collaboration with different teams across Delaware and understand their needs to lead them towards new technological heights.

Process Excellence Manager - Permanent

To provide project delivery, pre-sales and service line growth support to drive process excellence services across existing and net new clients using the latest process mining technology and method.

Service Line activities will consist of providing management of and input to Service Line methodology development, service proposition development and capability planning across the team.

Pre-sales support will consist of proposition development for specific client scenarios and requests for proposals. It will also include face to face presentations to clients and prospects outlining our client specific solutions and how they will resolve their pain points.

Delivery activities will involve management of small teams tasked with identifying client process execution and operational problems , analysing their root cause and working with key stakeholders to identify suitable technical and non technical remediation activities. Building out business benefits cases off the back of operational improvement areas and how these link to ERP transformations will form a core part of the role as well.
