As a Digital Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our digital solutions can address those needs. Your ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand clients' business requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our digital solutions to prospective clients.
  • Create and customize technical proposals and responses to RFPs and Tenders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Work closely with the product development team to stay up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities of our digital solutions.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Is there a match?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably within a digital consultancy or technology services company.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology solutions, including websites, e-commerce, portals, PIM, DAM, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with clients to understand business requirements and develop customized technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
