We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is to cover a maternity leave for our current Event Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the "events" cluster, guiding a team of four individuals to ensure the seamless execution and coordination of all event-related activities. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive project plans for all requested events, discussing and aligning these plans with the marketing coach and the business to ensure every event meets the highest standards of excellence. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing events, providing a nice combination of strategic and operational work.

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage the "events" cluster, guiding a team of four individuals.
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including external events and webinars.
Create comprehensive project plans for all requested events.
Discuss and align event plans with the marketing coach and the business.
Ensure all aspects of event planning and execution meet the highest standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Oversee the creation of event-related materials, including invitations, agendas, and communications.
Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
