What will you be doing?
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead several managed services contracts across Microsoft, SAP and Salesforce.
You act as the trusted bridge between the customer and delaware, translating business needs into clear delivery actions while ensuring alignment between expectations, teams, and commitments.
Your main objective? Making sure we deliver what we promised—and more—within quality, time & budget.

In this position, you can choose the region that suits you best. One opportunity focuses on customer follow-up in West and East Flanders (Kortrijk–Ghent axis), while the other opportunity covers the Wallonia region (Wavre–Liège axis). This allows you to work in the environment that fits you most. It is naturally expected that you speak the languages commonly used in that area.
