As a Cloud Support Engineer, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients and a key contributor to keeping their cloud environments running smoothly. You’ll not only resolve issues but also anticipate and prevent them, ensuring stability and security across platforms.

You’ll join our Managed Services team, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies to deliver and maintain reliable business applications and tailored solutions. Our mission: empower our customers by ensuring their platforms run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to provide proactive management, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Is there a match?

You can present experience of at least 2–3 years in a similar role.
You are in possession of Certifications: Minimum AZ-900; willingness to obtain AZ-104.
You can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch.

Technical Skills:

Basic Windows & Linux troubleshooting
Knowledge of Active Directory, security, virtualization, backup & disaster recovery
Familiarity with monitoring tools
Azure and Bicep knowledge are strong pluses

Additional:

Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
Experience with on-prem virtualization, networking, and databases is a strong plus
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
Willingness to learn and grow

Opportunity to voluntary participate in the on-call rotation schedule.

You combine your experience and passion to find the right solution for our customers, balancing usability and security, tailored to their business needs. As a Microsoft Security & Compliance consultant, you stay involved in each project from design to configuration. You are hands-on, conceptually strong, and eager to create designs that combine Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview. You act as a driving force within the team, coordinating tasks, delegating, and coaching colleagues while helping to expand projects and implement best practices.
