What will you be doing?

If writing source code within the Microsoft cloud solutions is your cup of tea, then you’ve come to the right place.

  • After gaining the necessary understanding of the customer’s reality, you translate the functional blueprint (written by your functional colleagues) into a technical architecture/solution.
  • That’s the basis for your development and implementation work. But know that you stay involved throughout the project implementation cycle, even after the go-live.
  • From time to time, you might be designing integrations with other solutions. Here, your architectural skills will come in handy.
    As an IT consultant, you ensure that you stay up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field.

•    Do you have 2+ years of experience of developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (AL or C/AL)
•    Do you have some understanding of the general Microsoft solutions (Azure ML, Azure AD, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, …) and how they can work together?
•    Knowledge of Business Processes such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Financial is a strong plus
•    Experience with DevOps and/or GitHub is a nice to have
•    Are you a strong communicator in Dutch and/or French and speak English proficiently

Technical Lead D365 F&O

You’ll take the technical lead in our D365 FSCM cloud projects. You’ll be responsible for what the team designs and builds and advice and inform customers about all the technical aspects during the project life cycle. You proactively suggest ideas for possible extra functionalities and technological solutions. This will also be the case internally, and you’ll grow into the role of technical advisor and lead expert over time.


At delaware, our (technical) development and functional teams don’t operate separately from each other, either physically or professionally, so you’ll collaborate closely with our functional team, actively following progress and remaining close to the solution, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.


You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvement by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across various industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…)..

Technical Consultant D365 F&O

You like to design and build technical solutions within Microsoft D365 FSCM and are not afraid to go beyond ERP software customizations. You see the unique combination of D365 F&O with Azure cloud technology, Power Platform, IoT,… as your playing field and like to expand your knowledge further.

Junior Testing and Lifecycle Management

We are hiring for september 2026!

“On my current project, I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications through both manual and automation testing. The project involves working closely with developers to verify that the application functions as expected and as described in the customer requirements. The customer uses the Zephyr Scale tool for test plans and test cycles, Azure DevOps on the other hand is used for development and automation tests. We log and manage bugs in Jira, which we also use for the sprint boards. For automation testing, I develop tests using Playwright with TypeScript. The active collaboration with the development team makes this a very exciting project where I learn a lot at short time period. Regular meetings with the stakeholders during in-office work days or remote ensure the best communication and satisfaction.” — Lotte Rombaut. 

As a Junior Test Engineer, you’ll take on the role of technical or functional tester, meaning that you’ll be supporting our projects on each test cycle, from small unit testing to integration and acceptance testing.

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the quality of the customized solutions for their business.
