Then you might be the Technical D365 FSCM Consultant we’re looking for! 

What will you be doing?

You focus on the technical side of building solutions in D365 FSCM, going from architecture design, programming, testing and ultimately delivering the solution. You’ll also get the chance to explore broader horizons in various technological platforms, think about low code solutions (Power Platform), integrations,… 


You will collaborate closely with our functional teams. You actively provide technical expertise and guidance during the project life cycle, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.


You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvements by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across a variety of industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…).

Through close collaboration between our developers and the functional teams, we offer end-to-end services from the entire Microsoft eco-system. We ensure that our tailor-made solutions push finance and operations business processes to the next level.

Just so you know, delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site.

Is there a match?

Let’s see, if you . . .

  • Have at least 2 years of development experience in object-oriented programming (X++, Java, .NET, etc.);
  • Have have notions of one or more technologies within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem (FSCM, BC, CE, Navision, AX, Power Platform, etc.);
  • Have a clear understanding of business process concepts coupled with an analytical approach;
  • Can communicate both with a technical and non-technical audience;
  • Are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of proficiency in English.

Junior Testing and Lifecycle Management

We are hiring for september 2026!

“On my current project, I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications through both manual and automation testing. The project involves working closely with developers to verify that the application functions as expected and as described in the customer requirements. The customer uses the Zephyr Scale tool for test plans and test cycles, Azure DevOps on the other hand is used for development and automation tests. We log and manage bugs in Jira, which we also use for the sprint boards. For automation testing, I develop tests using Playwright with TypeScript. The active collaboration with the development team makes this a very exciting project where I learn a lot at short time period. Regular meetings with the stakeholders during in-office work days or remote ensure the best communication and satisfaction.” — Lotte Rombaut. 

As a Junior Test Engineer, you’ll take on the role of technical or functional tester, meaning that you’ll be supporting our projects on each test cycle, from small unit testing to integration and acceptance testing.

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the quality of the customized solutions for their business.
