SAP Data & Analytics Lead

You combine your experience and passion to deep dive into data with the hands-on and flexible attitude to lead SAP data & analytics projects from data capturing and information management, to data visualization and analytics insights. As data & analytics lead, you love managing projects, and getting the absolute best out of your team, every step of the way. 

You have the commercial insight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, understand their reality and translate the functional blueprint into a technical architecture or solution. As a mature, technically skilled architect, you stay involved and engaged throughout the project implementation cycle, even after the go-live. 

You are ambitious and eager to take on a varied range of projects. You are keen on growing and diversifying your architectural skills by designing integrations with other solutions. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up to date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less experienced colleagues. You love building business relationships, collaborating with Sales colleagues and helping our team grow further.

The SAP Data & AI team at delaware is the bridge between business processes and data analytics. Our playground is SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud. Furthermore, we work closely together with our functional colleagues, who are specialized in SAP ERP. In that sense we combine the best of both worlds. The most rewarding part of our job is seeing how our customers gain insights into information they never even knew existed, simply because they didn’t know where to look.

We want to help our customers get to know their own company even better. We’re a mixed group of experienced data lovers, skilled in data cleaning, data warehousing, data analytics, data management, and data science. We have advanced knowledge in data technology, but we always separate the solution from the tool. We never forget the “why”.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site. As usual today, hybrid work and flexible working hours are possible as well.

• are passionate about data and have more than 5 years of experience in being the project lead and/or data architect in data & analytics projects;
• have affinity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA and/or SAP HANA Cloud;
• are able to guide workshops and to discuss and align projects with our customers;
• always understand what the team of technical experts is doing and what they should do next, and you provide them with guidance when needed;
• have excellent listening and communication skills in Dutch and/or English, with French as a plus;
• see the bigger picture and want to stay up to date on the latest trends in data;
