We’re hiring a seasoned Microsoft Finance Solution Architect to lead complex finance transformation projects. We’re looking for a functional expert who can translate business needs into smart solutions.

With experience in Microsoft 365 FSCM in your back pocket, you’re ready for more than just another implementation. As a Solution Architect, you’ll guide clients through every step of a Dynamics 365 Finance implementation—from shaping the vision to overseeing the result. You’ll work across teams, act as the go-to person for both client and consultants, and coach your colleagues along the way.

What will you be doing?

As a Finance Solution Architect, you should be able to cover the full spectrum of Finance, including financial planning & analysis, accounting & financial close, finance operations, treasury management, and enterprise risk & compliance.

Your work consists of:

  • Owning the end-to-end process of D365 Finance implementation projects
  • Facilitating workshops for clients and colleagues alike
  • Translating business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and helping steer the presales conversation when needed

Who are we?

Our Dynamics 365 Finance team is a tight group of around 30 Finance experts. We offer end-to-end services from the entire Microsoft eco-system. Therefore, we work on mutual projects with our other Dynamics teams (Operations, Development and Customer Engagement) or get together outside of work for the occasional teambuilding or Friday night drinks. 

Sounds good, right? We also follow all Microsoft Dynamics 365 evolutions closely. That's why we are an industry-leading Microsoft Gold partner (and we wear that badge with pride!). 

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

Is there a match?

Let's see. If you...

  • have +5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM as a consultant and combine that with a solid background in finance, controlling or accounting
  • have led key parts of an ERP project—or are ready to step into that responsibility
  • enjoy coaching and supporting others, both formally and informally
  • are comfortable working with financial flows and business logic
  • are well-organized, a good communicator and customer-oriented by nature
  • are fluent in French and/or Dutch, as well as proficient in English

The type of tasks to expect are: 

●    receiving and analysing incoming issues on financial processes (month-end closing, legal reporting, …)

●    collaborating with your technical colleagues
●    Prepare and provide trainings of financial flows
