You combine your experience and passion to find the right solution for our customers, balancing usability and security, tailored to their business needs. As a Microsoft Security & Compliance consultant, you stay involved in each project from design to configuration. You are hands-on, conceptually strong, and eager to create designs that combine Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview. You act as a driving force within the team, coordinating tasks, delegating, and coaching colleagues while helping to expand projects and implement best practices.

We are the Connect and Secure team at delaware, focusing on Microsoft cloud technologies to implement a productive and secure workplace. Our biggest challenge is keeping up with the fast pace of cloud innovation, and our trademark is working on innovative projects.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

What will you be doing?

  • Work directly with customers on Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions through assessments, reviews, solution designs, builds, or management.
  • Design and implement solutions that include Microsoft Purview and broader Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives to strengthen our security and compliance solutions.
  • Coordinate tasks within the team, delegate responsibilities, and coach less-experienced colleagues.
  • Learn from and contribute to best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property (IP) in security and compliance.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you… 

  • Have a genuine interest in Microsoft 365 security, protection, and compliance solutions.
  • Bring minimum 5 years of proven project experience with Microsoft 365 security products and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Purview and broader experience in SharePoint and Document Management.
  • Be conceptually strong and able to design secure environments while being hands-on to configure them.
  • Hold certifications SC-400 and SC-401.
  • Understand identity concepts (IAM less critical).
  • Communicate clearly and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Languages: Dutch and English required; French is a plus.
  • Have, above all else, a consulting mindset.
