What will you be doing?

  • Develop the SAP value proposition and POV specific to Delaware’s differentiators in the industry.
  • Assess market potential and review competition (market share, strengths, and weaknesses).
  • Accountable for the revenue signed in the industry (software, services, and AMS).
  • Identify key SAP account targets and build a pipeline.
  • Initiate and lead engagements involving sales and presales.
  • Attend key SAP events relevant to the industry (e.g., O&G forum, Energy conference in Rotterdam).
  • Attend SAP project reviews and steering committees in key projects.
  • Align with Delaware’s global head of Energy (Jan van der Steen) and other experts in Delaware's other countries, involving relevant experts in sales cycles.
  • Coordinate recruitment with delivery, sales, and presales to strengthen Delaware’s position in the industry.
  • Coordinate the creation of packages and offers specific to the industry and identify potential apps to be built by Delaware IP’s company.

Is there a match?

  • Proven SAP experience in the energy industry, specifically in O&G and Utilities.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic SAP value propositions and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in attending and presenting at industry events.
