The Project Delivery Lead for the Microsoft Practice will be responsible for project leadership and oversight of all our Microsoft project portfolio.

Leading our team of Project Managers and PMO you will be responsible for the overall success of the Microsoft project portfolio. This will involve ensuring that our projects are commercially successful and delivered to a high standard on time, while also ensuring client satisfaction and client references.

What will you be doing?

  • Overall leadership and oversight of our portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics projects
  • Lead and support our team of Project Managers and PMO to deliver successful projects to our clients
  • Management and allocation of Project Managers and PMO to projects balancing supply and demand (utilisation), skills, expertise and customer fit
  • Guiding, developing and mentoring our Project Managers and PMO team to ensure their career growth as our Microsoft Practice grows
  • Manage the overall governance and control of our Microsoft project portfolio including understand the position of each project in the portfolio from a commercial, risk and delivery perspective
  • Working closely with our Sales team to develop, review and sign off bid models, project plans, statement of works and commercial proposals
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our project delivery processes are continually evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • As a member of the Microsoft Practice Management Team contributing to the wider growth and leadership of the practice

Is there a match?

  • Experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics applications, F&SCM or CE preferably in a consulting/professional services environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse project delivery team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships at a senior level as and when required
  • Strong commercial and contract review skills, with experience working with sales and bid teams
  • While much of our work is conducted remotely, willingness to travel to meet with project teams, clients and management team is required when needed

Process Excellence Manager - Permanent

To provide project delivery, pre-sales and service line growth support to drive process excellence services across existing and net new clients using the latest process mining technology and method.

Service Line activities will consist of providing management of and input to Service Line methodology development, service proposition development and capability planning across the team.

Pre-sales support will consist of proposition development for specific client scenarios and requests for proposals. It will also include face to face presentations to clients and prospects outlining our client specific solutions and how they will resolve their pain points.

Delivery activities will involve management of small teams tasked with identifying client process execution and operational problems , analysing their root cause and working with key stakeholders to identify suitable technical and non technical remediation activities. Building out business benefits cases off the back of operational improvement areas and how these link to ERP transformations will form a core part of the role as well.
