What will you be doing?

Our People consultants are specialists in SAP SuccessFactors but they are also experts in helping businesses adapt to the new challenges technology presents in today’s workplace.

You will receive hands on experience alongside a guided learning path developing your skills across a broad range of processes including

  1. Employee Experience Management: - Think digital workplace or candidate experience (how has this been for you?) employee engagement and lifecycle management all contributing towards providing employees with the technology they need.
  2. Employee Compensation and Remuneration – its why we all turn up for work after all but it’s much more than just a payslip
  3. Talent Management – We all know about the importance of good recruitment and Onboarding but what happens after that, business need to work harder than ever to retain and motivate the new workforce. Talent Management systems are at the forefront of this challenge, and you could be part of this adventure.
  4. HR Innovation – We’ve all followed the growth of AI and the impact that it will have in areas such as recruiting so if you have an interest in helping business expand their digital workplace, including employee self-support portals, automated HR data management or even gamified learning and training then we can offer you an exciting career pathway.

We don’t expect you to become an expert in all of these areas, or even commit to a lifetime of HR consulting, what we so want is to offer you a range of career paths that allow you to develop a career based on your personal ambitions and goals.
