What will you be doing?

  • Lead product direction and technology capability with stakeholders to help customers achieve business success.
  • Design, deliver, and govern end-to-end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft stack.
  • Understand customer technical environments and stay updated on Microsoft changes.
  • Review and sign off on technical change requests, including code reviews.
  • Assess technical environments for customers transitioning to Managed Services and advise on technical reviews for new customers.
  • Manage customer environments, release processes, and system performance.
  • Experience with Azure Pipelines, Bicep, and ARM is beneficial.
  • Leverage knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM suite and work with the wider Microsoft stack, including Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, WebJobs, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Portals.
  • Engage in consultancy projects and collaborate within high-performing teams.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities.

Is there a match?

  • Experience in a customer facing or professional services role with excellent written and oral communication skills, having the ability to explain technical components to non-technical users. 
  • Experience of the wider Azure/Office 365 stack, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portals, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions and WebJobs. 
  • Highly proficient in designing and deploying Dynamics D365 FSCM and Azure architecture solutions, with experience of all configuration and customisation methods.
  • Skilled at explaining and presenting both solutions and rationale for decision making to a technical and non-technical audience via documentation and presentations 
  • Full project life cycle delivery experience - including pre-sales, estimation, proposal & bid writing, project and team management 
  • UK residency or UK national to support eligibility for security clearances which may be required during the course of your work.Highly exceptional candidates who are close to achieving residency status will be considered. 
  • Able to take a hands on-approach
