The Digital Marketing Manager will form an integral part of our marketing team, working closing with our content and marketing managers to support the execution and reporting of the digital marketing strategy.

Key areas of focus will be: building brand visibility, driving website traffic, lead generation and enhancing user experience. You will be responsible for devising and delivering the digital marketing activities within the business and be the go-to person for all digital campaigns. This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who wants a degree of autonomy and to use their experience to play a key part in our continued growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Co-ordinating the planning, delivery and execution of multi-channel digital marketing activities whilst working collaboratively with the wider marketing team
  • Focused on growing a consistent pipeline of marketing qualified leads for the business development and sales teams
  • Overseeing management of the website, including maintaining and building new landing pages with the latest SEO optimised content (product and services pages, press releases, blog posts etc)
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our site and improve customer engagement
  • Managing and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activity
  • Work closely with the CRM manager to ensure accurate and insightful data management between digital marketing activities and CRM system
  • Ownership of 3rd party listings, recommending and managing display packages through to lead journey reporting
  • Market-awareness, regular eyesight over activity from partners and competitors alike
  • Research and analyse different tools, networks, trends and audience types and adjust strategy to maximise exposure and engagement using data driven campaigns

Is there a match?

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally B2B)
  • Good overall knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn, CMS, CRM, PPC, SEO optimisation, email comms
  • Experience creating email campaigns
  • Knowledge of creating and managing paid and organic digital advertising campaigns
  • Positive can-do attitude and with the ability to multi-task
  • Passion for digital marketing, genuinely interested in new digital marketing techniques and trends
  • A willingness to learn new skills and try and test different marketing strategies
  • Enjoy being part of a busy, thriving and fun marketing team in an entrepreneurial business
  • A motivated self-starter, who is able to get work autonomously and with a large degree of independence
  • Have ideas, opinions and will to contribute to the marketing team and wider business discussions
